Desert painting

Acrylic painting on solid board 

This painting represents the colours of our Anmatyerr Country, the dots are strategically placed to symbolise a birds eye view of the land. 

Various mediums were used for this painting such as: metallic acrylic paint, metallic ink using the highest quality of acrylic paint. I have created three layers of dots to give a 3D effect along with three coats of clear gloss varnish for protection and durability.
